Šef Applea Steve Jobs u svom je pismu zasposlenicima napisao kako će uzeti odmor kako bi se fokusirao na svoje zdravlje. Nije poznato o kakvoj se bolesti radi.
Naime, Jobs je već imao većih problema sa zdravljem pa je tako 2009 godine imao transplataciju jetre radi karcinoma guštarče. U svom pismu obratio se svima u Appleu te istaknuo kako sve odgovornsti prepušta svojoj desnoj ruci Tim Cooku.
Apple će sutra objaviti poslovne rezultate svog kvartalnog poslovanja, te se nadamo kako će biti i pokoja riječ o Jobsovom zdravlju. Donosimo pismo Steve Jobsa svojim zaposlenicima.

At my request, the board of directors has granted me a medical leave of absence so I can focus on my health. I will continue as CEO and be involved in major strategic decisions for the company.
